Use this program to set up your connection from Windows 3.1 to the Internet.
Zipped package includes a login.cmd file for use in Regina and a bailey2.cmd
for use in Saskatoon. Download this file and unpack it in a
directory (suggest c:\unibase\winsock). Add TCPMAN to your Internet
window, and you should be able to connect. The package also
includes a copy of pingw.exe which can be used to confirm your
connection.
